Elephants Never Forget

Blog Prompt: If you could have any animal, real of fictional, as your pet/sidekick, what would it be?I would choose to have an elephant. They're so friendly and gentle and pretty. Also, I forget everything so having an elephant as a sidekick would allow me to remember all kinds of things from my friend's birthdays to formulas for math tests.

Pretty as a Picture

Blog Prompt: A witch's curse has changed you into a living portrait (or a piece of artwork). What do you look like?
If I were turned into a living portrait (like the Fat Lady in Harry Potter!) I'm not sure exactly what I would be doing in my portrait, but I do know what kind of painting style I'd like to be depicted in. I really like the painting styles of Picasso and Max, and they look like their pieces would be very fun living environments. I also think having my living portrait stylized like Warhol's Marilyn piece would be neat since it's so iconic.

Blog Prompt: Picture yourself three years from now. Tell us about what you see! What about five years? Ten years? Twenty?

In three years I will be entering my sophomore year in college. Hopefully I will know what I choose to do with my life by then. So maybe I will be studying health/nutrition, medicine, physical therapy, or sociology. In five years I will probably be entering grad school hopefully in another state to "expand my horizons." In ten years I will be an old lady at age 26. By then I may have graduating with my bachelors and masters degrees and maybe entering med school or getting my PhD. In 20 years I will be 36 (!) and I hope I will have a steady job and a family. I hope to be living in Northern Arizona, Colorado, Northern California, or somewhere in the South/East Coast like Charleston SC, Savannah GA, or Virginia.

Oh! The Places You'll Go!

Blog Prompt: 
What is a place you would like to go at least once in your life? Describe it and tell us why you want to go there.
I know this is a really broad answer, but I would really love to travel Europe as much as I can. I think their architecture is beautiful, food is delicious, and their history and art is amazing. I think It would be so much fun to go with a group of friends and just travel by car through as many countries as we can and try to see as many landmarks as we can. We could eat gelato in Italy, falafels in Greece, and literally everything in France.

 

A Photographic (or Video-graphic) Memory

Blog Prompt: If you could shape-shift into any object, what would it be? (No animals :P)

If I could shape-shift into any object I would choose to shift into a video camera. This way I could capture memories and re-watch them any time I choose. It would be like home videos all the time and I could almost relive fun experiences.

Adventure Is Out There!

Blog Prompt: What is something that makes you smile? 
                        What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done?  
I'm doing to start with what the most adventurous (maybe this counts as adventurous?) thing I've ever done was. Last week I went to Heber, Arizona for their 4-H J.O.L.T. Leadership camp with my Ambassador Diplomat Team. There was no cell service and we didn't really know any one except for some of the staff. But it was super fun! We had team building, trust building, and challenges that were supposed to challenge us mentally, physically, and sometimes even emotionally. One of the things we did was fall backwards 8 feet off a ladder with our eyes closed into the arms of our group (pretty much strangers). By the end of the week everyone was really close and it was like having another family and everyone was crying when we had to say goodbye. 

Something that makes me smile is/are my friends and family. I know I can always count on them for anything and everything I need. My sister lets me tell her anything and lets me complain and rant to her and she never calls me needy. My best friend can always make me laugh and I love her sassy sense of humor. My parents are always there and always listen to and help me with my problems. My 4-H family is my other family that is always there for me and never judges me no matter how weird or crazy I look.

Hello YWiC! These are my favorite things!!

1.) Color- Tiffany Blue

2.) Song- I can't choose!! I love singing along to the radio so I think I like all songs! But right now I've had Won't Go Home Without You by Maroon5 and All Summer Long by Kid Rock stuck in my head!

3.) I love all the Harry Potter Movies, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Aladdin, and Tangled. I also really like the TV show Friends

4.) I loooooove french fries and ice cream (not together), and I'm also a big fan of falafels, sushi, and pineapple

5.) My favorite restaurant is probably The Mix or Boba Cafe

6.) My favorite drink is probably water because hydration is good. But I also really like caramel macchiatos from Starbucks

7.) I really like Buzzfeed (especially the quizzes- I've learned that if my best friend and I were a set of random things we would be an otter and a block of cheddar cheese!)
